The Magic of Make-Believe

The world will teach our children limits soon enough. Let’s not be the ones to rush it.
Fairy tales and fantasy are the gardens where imagination grows wild—where talking animals, friendly dragons, and fairies with soap-bubble wings remind children (and us) that wonder isn’t something you outgrow. These stories expand what’s possible. They whisper that courage can be small and quiet, that kindness can change fate, and that the world might just hold more magic than logic allows. Every time a child pretends, “Let’s say I was a giant and you were a mouse,” they’re rehearsing the art of possibility. And that's valuable, for now, for the future, and just for the sake of fun!
